What's your return policy?
All sales are final, unless of course, I send you something
that's cracked or broken and it's my fault. Please read the descriptions carefully, and clear up any questions
before you buy. I only sell the very
best items, and I'm super-picky. Please
look carefully before you buy.
Returns
To request a refund or return, please contact us within three days of receiving your order to obtain an approval code. Items need to be returned to us within seven days, in original condition and packaging. Refunds and exchanges are not available on sale items.

Shipping Charges
Calculations are based on the gross weight of individual parcels. Postage will be automatically calculated in checkout. All items will be posted by Registered mail within Australia as this will ensure you receive the item that you are paying for.
Registered Post – please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery (depending on your location). Insured and trackable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Air Mail – please allow 3 to 14 business days depending on your location. Please note: PAYPAL is the only form of payment accepted for International purchases.
